Sent back in time to destroy Eric Cartman's Dawson's Creek Trapper Keeper before it manifests into an omnipotent supercomputer that can destroy all humanity, "Bill Cosby" is really VSM471, an android or cyborg of some kind engineered by 'hoomans' in the distant future. He fails in his initial missions to infiltrate South Park Elementary's 4th Grade class, destroy the Trapper Keeper or Cartman himself, but with Stan Marsh and Kyle Broflovski's aid, he is able to succeed in preventing his dismal future, and painfully fades from existence.

He stole his codename from an embattled comedian and actor.
