Though it initially charged hefty "union" dues and was run with authoritarian values, it later became a democratic organization when the Coon was kicked out by [[Liane Cartman|their butler]]. Their arch-foe is the villainous and powerful [[Professor Chaos]]... who spends a lot of time locked up in their bunker. They each have their own complicated origin stories and special powers: [[Toolshed]] has mental control over all power tools, [[The Human Kite]] can fly and shoot lasers out of his eyes, [[Tupperware]] is a cyborg rebuilt with "Tuppeware parts", [[Iron Maiden]] is indestructible, [[Mint-Berry Crunch]] is an alien named Gok-Zarah from a distant galaxy, and [[Mysterion]] can't die.
