Mr. Mackey states that South Park Elementary has more than 300 male students.

Dick Cheney is dressed like a crazed hunter and armed with a crossbow.  When he goes to kill the boys, he misses by a long shot, yelling, "Dangit I missed again!"  This is a subtle reference to the hunting accident that occurred earlier in 2006, in which Cheney "missed" a quail and shot a fellow campaign contributor in the face.
A man on the street is reading the magazine Mother Trucker.  The same magazine is read by the PA Announcers in "Free Willzyx" .
This is the only time Stan has ever pulled a gun on Kyle, or threatened his life in general.  That job is normally left for Cartman.

Over the course of the episode, the piece of urinal feces is variously referred to as "mud monkey," "dook," "fudge dragon," "brown rag doll," "chocolate hot dog," "chud," and "dookey." Also, in Season Three's "Starvin' Marvin in Space," Cartman accuses Kyle of pooping in a urinal. Kyle counters by saying that it was Cartman, and that he saw him do it. Finally, we learn that Clyde had a colostomy at age 5.
