The subject becomes even more humiliating when his mother comes to school and yells at him in front of his classmates. But this embarrassment soon turns to tragedy -- after leaving the seat up yet again, Clyde's mother falls in, causing a flush suction so strong that her organs are ripped out. The townspeople hold a funeral service. Amid the tears, both men and women continue to argue the blame, although many agree the blood is on Clyde's penis. Meanwhile, the Toilet Safety Administration (TSA) implements new safety regulations -- including a toilet safety belt -- despite Cartman's protests. Still looking for someone to blame, the boys visit Hoffman & Turk for legal counsel. They want to sue the creator of the toilet, but soon learn that its creator, Sir John Harrington, died in 1692. Instead, they must perform a "sueance" -- a process, they're warned, that might be very, very….costly. Delays caused by the TSA regulations continue to escalate, and the inspections become more and more invasive. Randy is not only ticketed in his bathroom, but also notices a new security camera, supposedly monitored by "one person in a discrete location". This person turns out to be a masturbating pervert. Stan, Kyle, Jimmy and Clyde go through with the sueance, only to find it very expensive and not full of all the answers they hoped for. Fed up, Cartman rallies the townspeople in protest of the TSA. He argues that in order to get the government out of the bathroom, they must adjust the design and usage of the toilet. But the townspeople go back and forth over these measures -- including a passionate speech from "loggers", the hard working men who like to stand up after a poo and cut their crap in half with their urine. Unable to reach any viable solution, Cartman takes matters into his own hands. He kidnaps a TSA agent in his bathroom with a gun and a baby, causing the TSA to declare a security breech. Randy leads the outraged civilians and demands a community sueance against Sir John Harrington. But their case, lead by the smarmy lawyer from Hoffman & Turk, is interrupted by the ghost of Clyde's mother. She tells them the lawyer is a phony, and more importantly, that it's Clyde's fault for leaving the toilet seat up. Outraged, the ghost of Sir John Harrington shows up to defend his porcelain toilet machine. He chastises the townspeople for using his device improperly, saying you're supposed to sit on the the toilet the OTHER way, facing the basin so you can use it as a shelf! With the proper use of toilets finally in effect, the TSA regulations are removed. And in poetic justice, Clyde takes one last "Harrington", lifts the seat up, and flips a bird up at the sky. ==Characters== {{Character list | Name = Betsy Donovan | Image = http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/characters/adults/betsy-donovan.png }} {{Character list | Name = Roger Donovan | Image = http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/characters/adults/roger-donovan.png }} {{Character list | Name = Eric Cartman | Image = http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/characters/kids/eric-cartman.png }} {{Character list | Name = Clyde Donovan | Image = http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/characters/kids/clyde-donovan.png }} {{Character list | Name = Randy Marsh | Image = http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/characters/adults/randy-marsh.png }} {{Character list | Name = Gerald Broflovski | Image = http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/characters/adults/gerald-broflovski.png }} ===Body Count=== {{Character list | Name = Betsy Donovan | Image = http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/characters/adults/betsy-donovan.png }} ==Locations== {{Location list | Name = Colorado State Courthouse | Image = http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/locations/colorado-courthouse.jpg }} {{Location list | Name = Toilet Safety Administration (TSA) | Image = http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/locations/toilet-safety-administration.png }} ==Behind The Scenes== ==Pop Culture References== Clyde's mom's death was a spoof of tragic mother deaths in animated children's movies like Bambi's mom in Bambi and Little Foot's mom in The Land Before Time. Both deaths in each film are considered to be the most saddest moments in children's film history. ==Bonus Factoids== ===Easter Egg=== {| align="center" style="width:720px;" |style="float:right;"|http://1.images.southparkstudios.com/blogs/southparkstudios.com/files/2014/05/1601-mintberry-crunch-easter.jpg |} Clyde is reading the same “Amazing Mintberry Crunch” comic book we first saw in Season 14′s “[[Coon Vs.
