This talented musician is the voice of a generation - the tween generation to be exact. Tweens love the hip music of the Tween Wave artists, which happen to sound to most people like someone shitting into a mic. Once a rural father who didn't want to seem lame, Steamy Ray Vaughn became a headline performer at [[Mick's Lanes]], where he performs such hits as "City Bop" on an evening basis, with plenty of flatulatory noise, and occasionally a guest performer like [[Steamy Nicks]], despite nay-sayers who claim his music offends his "britches". After his [[Stan Marsh|son]] was diagnosed with autism, he eventually decided to retire, and the costume and CD's were burned in gasoline, but Vaughn's legacy lives on in the hearts of tweens everywhere.
