About
Timmy is one of the boys' 4th grade classmates. He's handicapped and has a very limited vocabulary ("Timmy", "Jimmy", "Gobbles", "Octonauts", and "Livin a lie"). (And no matter what you might be thinking, he's not a Chinpoko Mon.)
However, that doesn't stop him from being an active member of the group...or from traveling through time on his Star Trek-esque modified wheelchair. He is also the lead singer of the breakout band "Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld."
When he's not rocking out, however, he's joining forces with Coon and Friends as the deadly superhero "Iron Maiden."

Although their relationship started as rivals, Timmy and Jimmy have become best friends over the years. They do almost everything together; whether it's starting their own club, going to summer camp together or entering the school science fair as partners, they're always there for each other.

In Timmy's first major appearance, he joined a band and befriended Skyler, Mark and Jonesy.
When Timmy's pet turkey ran away, it was almost hunted down by Jimbo and his hunting buddies. After Timmy took a bullet for his pet, they were extremely apologetic and offered to do whatever they could to make it up to him.
When Timmy invented a new transportation system, Stephen Stotch became one of his regular customers, and later, employees. When Timmy was debating on whether or not to enter the Wacky Races, Stephen talked him into it, saying it's a great way to make Handicar the future of transportation.
