This red-haired sage is the clerk for the South Park Express trains and you'll need to see him if you need to get anywhere outside town - whether it's a prehistoric ice man. a small trash can or a bunch of Cows, nothing gets out of town without going through him first. Don't try any tricks on him either - he doesn't fall for none of that cow hypnosis.
