About
The Girls' Official "List Keeper" in difficult times, Nelly is one of the many fourth grade girls at South Park Elementary but is probably best known for her outspoken and somewhat tough nature - which is probably why she has the job. When Butters Stotch was recruited to kick her in the "balls" to obtain the Cutest Boys list, she didn't flinch - but she did break his arm. She wasn't afraid to call out the boys for their ignorance of Skankhunt42's actions on the school message board, either.
Nelly's also been seen at the Denver Aquarium, and happens to be one of the millions of viewers of his hit "What What in the Butt" video.
