A loving husband and wife who appear in town quite often but haven't become too involved in any adventures. Mark has a habit of asking a lot of questions that's gotten him in trouble with the government before. He also has a tendency to be shot, but always seems to miraculously recover.

Mark's character model was re-used with a different wife and a child in "You're Not Yelping", but Mark has been depicted with his wife here before and after this appearance. Some fans like to think he has an identical twin brother to explain the discrepancy.

When the Government Agents announce they're building a Taco Bell in the town, Mark questions what kind of Taco Bell it will be, and is shot in the head in retaliation, unnoticed by the townsfolk. His wife questions what's happened and why he's not responding.
