Official Description

It's every boy and girl for themselves this year when the kids head out for tricks or treats. This year, a revolution in mobility is changing Halloween for everyone. Chaos erupts as every kid is out to get more candy than they have ever gotten before. Mr. Mackey and the rest of the adults ate hording emergency supplies and hoping to survive until morning.

• Although the building is different, Mr. Mackey revisits Lolly's Candy Factory from way back in season 6's "A Ladder to Heaven", and Lolly's aged quite a bit since then.

Bonus Factoids

• This episode is currently scheduled to air on October 31st, 2018... and it will be very first South Park Halloween-themed episode to actually air on Halloween!
  • Previously, "Imaginationland Episode II" and "A Scause for Applause" were both scheduled to air on October 31st during their respective seasons, but neither episode was actually Halloween-themed. (The actual Halloween specials all aired earlier in the month.)
