About
South Park Elementary's beloved and treasured mascot, Mooey is one of the South Park Cows and gets introduced by the cheerleaders. He was nearly retired after a PETA raid on the school, resulting in a massive election between Giant Douche and Turd Sandwhich, but when the PETA members were killed, Mooey was restored to his rightful place of honor, where he has remained ever since, even appearing in Stan Marsh's anti-bullying video.
