The highest source in all of the Vatican, the Queen Spider is the one who makes all of the final decisions on the Roman Catholic religion. When Father Maxi traveled to Rome and located the Holy Document of Vatican law to prevent priests from molesting young boys, the Queen Spider is summoned by Pope John Paul II. She quickly forbids changing the law, but it is the last straw as Maxi destroys the document - and the Vatican. She hasn't been seen since it was rebuilt, presumably waiting to be summoned again.
