Cesar Millan may seem like an ordinary dog trainer, but he is in fact far more powerful - the only person ever to successfully train and reform Eric Cartman. Using the same methods he has used to control dogs, he able to control Cartman successful. When Liane Cartman tries to befriend Cesar however, he rebuffs her, and his efforts are soon reversed when she offers to do favors for her son so they can go see a musical together.
