In "Up The Down Steroid", Nancy was Jimmy's girlfriend. She had apparently fell in love with Jimmy the week before "during free period".
However, when Nancy tries to break it off with Jimmy, she winds up getting a roid-rage induced beating (he also beats up his mother).
Their current relationship status is unknown.
