Dr. Mephesto's little sidekick was made by Dr. Abe Scrabin. At the age of eight he was the height of a four year old but had an adult sized penis. He was bullied at school by a kid named Big Roy after he picked on him Kevin but of 3 of his fingers. After that Dr. Abe Scriabin lost custody and Dr. Mephesto adopted him since then they have been partners in genetic experiments.
