South Park is a diverse community with a diverse set of political viewpoints, and these klansmen love excising (and abusing) their right to free speech. They gather in the forest and talk about how to enact their ends, oppress minorities, and play friendly games of "Who's wearing the funniest thing under their robe?" One of their most devoted members is Mr. Hat, though Jimbo Kern and Ned Gerblansky have attended one meeting, and Herbert Garrison has borrowed a lot of their methods for getting rid of wealthy African-Americans.
