Pip was a little British chap in the boys' 4th grade class. He was pretty widely disliked and teased for his accent (and for being an annoying push-over). But even so, he has maintained a cheery attitude.
Pip has shown a talent for dodgeball, especially when pissed off - usually from being referred to as 'French'. And he's also a big fan of playing Charlie's Angels.
He was a frontrunner to be the boys' new best friend after Kenny died but lost after asking for crumpets at a baseball game. He later bravely tried to help the boys defeat the evil Japanese Video Game Announcer but they refused to play with him.
Unfortunately, he was crushed to death by Mecha-Streisand while trying to convince her to leave the town alone.
