Dr. Alphonse Mephesto lives at the top of a hill in South Park, conducting mysterious science experiments in his laboratory. He thoroughly enjoys cloning, genetic splicing, cross-breeding, and adding more asses to animals. Perhaps his greatest creation was the "seven-assed Galapagos Turtle" for which he almost won the Nobel Prize (unfortunately, he lost to Randy). He is aided in his experiments by his weird little monkey friend, Kevin.
