About

Herbert Garrison's companion since childhood, Mr. Hat is a small puppet with a mind of his own. A homosexual and unflinching racist, he also participated in the Vietnam War. Though he may seem like merely a puppet, Mr. Hat is capable of doing far more, including driving an SUV to break Mr. Garrison and Chef out of jail, beating up Mr. Mackey, and spending time in a suana room with Brett Favre. He retired from teaching when Garrison became the fourth grade teacher, though he briefly returned to help deal with Eric Cartman's "daddy issues". Now located firmly inside Mr. Slave's asshole, he is living out his final days in peace.
