The only person ever to successfully change Eric Cartman's manipulative ways, Cesar uses the same method he has used to train out-of-control dogs to get Cartman to behave like a good little boy. He combs his hair, gets up early, cooks breakfast and even starts doing his homework. After Cesar leaves Liane Cartman behind, his efforts are reversed once more.
