An inhabitant of Aspen acquainted with Tad McKowski, Heather and Thumper who watches Tad's first race with Stan Marsh and instantly forms a crush on the little boy in the red poofball hat. She invited the boys down to the Youth Center that Tad McKowski's dad wanted to tear down, getting him to agree to stop the demolition. She helps Stan study for the big race and helps him win by 'distracting' Tad by showing him her deformed, sentiment breasts. She lets Stan be with Heather, though he later admits she's 'dorky but hot' before leaving Aspen behind for the year.
