This blonde man gets around the map quite a bit. He was injured by malicious creatures during the Gulf Oil Spill Crisis and desperately begged for Captain Hindsight's aid. He later appeared on the Dr. Phil Show, maintaing that if someone was to fuck their son, they should kiss them first - as demonstrated. He was also seen on an airplane during Eric Cartman's quest to take out "Patient Zero".
