R. Kelly is a recording artist, musician and child rapist who can't seem to stop singing about every situation that happens in his life. When things go south, he pulls out his pistol and threatens to cap a bitch unless things go his way. He stopped by the town of South Park when Tom Cruise locked himself in Stan's closet, getting aggressive when John Travolta joins them. The police finally ask Kelly to try to talk to them, but he only ends up joining them. They've left since though, and Kelly later appeared at the MTV Music Awards.
