This man may seem like a kind-hearted psychologist who has donated his time to the study of a poorly-understood mental developmental disorder on the autism spectrum - but he is in fact, the lead resistance fighter of the [[Secret Society of Cynics]]. He is the smart man and informant to the other cynics as they try to figure out how to defeat the genetically-altered humans/robots from the future/aliens/crab people/SpaceGodzilla- whatever, fuck you. He thought [[Stan Marsh]] might be the key to their resistance movement, hoping he could help them take out [[Duck President]] with the help of Jameson Irish Whiskey.
