While these may appear to be a group of simple but eccentric high-functioning autistic people and a helpful counseler, they are in fact a highly-trained group of professionals who suffer from a far less popular medical disorder: Cynical Assholism. This disorder forces them to see the world as nothing but shit, but they believe their natural affliction is caused by aliens/genetically-engineered humans/robots from the future/vampires/crab people/SpaceGodzilla- whatever, fuck you! They control their complex neurological problems with Jameson's Irish Whiskey, which allows them re-enter the matr- reality. They take in Stan Marsh and try to train him to murder Duck President in hopes of getting everything back to how it was.
